It's not enough to build muscle and achieve aerobic fitness. We all need to think about flexibility, too. Stretching can help.
'Use it or lose it' is an often-quoted maxim, but it is never more appropriate than when talking about flexibility. Everyone should have good flexibility, but due to our modern, more sedentary lifestyles, frequently our natural flexibility is compromised, and we end up far less supple than we could be.
A regular stretching routine should be an integral part of your fitness and it is as important as either cardiovascular or resistance training.
Don’t worry about your level of flexibility – you don’t have to be able to do the splits to join! Each stretch session is customized to the client’s flexibility level.
The private fitness session is 1h long suitable to all ages and abilities.
