Why do we need a strong core?

 

Your core is your most important muscle group and your entire support system!

You need to build enough core strength before you can build strength anywhere else. Core exercises train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen and should ideally work in harmony.

This leads to better balance and stability, whether you are playing sport or just to help in your daily activities . 

The private fitness session is 1h long suitable to all ages and abilities.
